Education Scholarship for Poorest of the Poor orphan

Every day Sr. Oresoa and her nuns go to the streets of Abuja and surrounding villages to rescue abandoned children, orphaned by AIDS. Immanuel was one of these street children. Living at the Anawim Home, nutured by the sisters of the Poorest of the Poor, he hoped for the opportunity to go to college. The Hope for West Africa Foundation works to make that dream a reality and is committed to raise funds ($8,000) for all four years.
Immanuel has successfully completed his first year majoring in political science at the University of Abuja. In a letter from Immanuel, “I want to use this opportunity to thank for you, for your sponsorship and I pray that the Lord will continue to bless you.”
